R&M Care was founded by Rory, a very experienced director of numerous companies, some very big, some just start up’s and who himself has had a child with learning disability due to severe brain injury. Rory and his family supported and cared for his son for over 13 years, until he passed. Before he passed he was cared for in respite during the week and back home at weekends for a further 8 years. This experience introduced Rory to the world of care where he experienced the amazing work of support workers and the entire healthcare system and what it did for his son. Many years have passed, and this personal experience is very much driving him to want to give something back.

R&M Care is start-up, and all shareholders are passionate about giving a quality service to the community. We have combined, 17 years of personal and professional experience in supported services and domiciliary care and many more years in running professional highly functioning companies
